Tuoyuan Team Outdoor Team Building at Dafu Mountain Forest Park

On November 4, 2015, taking advantage of the fine weather, the Tuoyuan team headed to Dafu Mountain Forest Park for a team building activity that included cycling, a DIY BBQ, and interactive games.

Cycling is a classic activity at Dafu Mountain Forest Park. With the crisp autumn air, riding against the wind was refreshing, allowing everyone to temporarily set aside work fatigue and feel especially upbeat.

During the activity, even the usually reserved colleagues became lively, with some eagerly showing off their cycling skills. The tandem bikes encouraged communication and cooperation among colleagues, and some women bravely took the lead as the "front rider."

For lunch, we enjoyed a DIY BBQ. The men took the initiative to show off their cooking skills, grilling food for their teammates. Design Director Sky also showcased his culinary talents, and everyone savored the delicious grilled meat with happy smiles.

BBQ paired with beer, we raised our glasses in a toast, celebrating the joy of the day and the future development of the team.

In the afternoon, the leadership organized team-building games and participated in them. The games highlighted the importance of communication and collaboration within the team, and also revealed the approachable side of the leaders, fostering mutual understanding.

Finally, everyone posed for a group photo with confidence, bringing this short but fulfilling trip to a close.
